Stacey H. Pray Founder and President of SHP Project Development

SHP Project Development, Inc. manages the contractual agreements of a project, acting as the Owner’s principal agent. As an expert in accessibility compliance, project budgeting, commissioning, project controls, and OSHPD mandated seismic compliance, Stacey customizes her services to provide the best solutions for clients of any size. Hospitals need an individual that can adequately respond to jurisdictional agency demands without impacting the delivery of patient care during construction. Stacey has over 20 years of OSHPD experience working with over 40 California healthcare campuses. Throughout this time, she has proven to her clients that her strengths lie in keeping project teams lean and budget conscious, and her extensive experience in maintaining normal hospital operations through construction.

Ms. Pray is a registered architect in the state of California (C-21690) with over 27 years of experience performing healthcare construction project management services in the State of California. She has a strong knowledge of all phases of master planning, budgeting, design review, and construction administration. Ms. Pray is a Certified Access Specialist (CASp-130). Her unique background of having worked as an architect, facility representative, and as a corporate level owner’s representative makes her eminently qualified to handle any and all phases of construction.
