This full time position requires three years of construction project management experience in healthcare, OSHPD and/or DSA projects. Project manager must be able to function comfortably with new and existing clients, work productively in a team environment, interface successfully with jurisdictional agencies and administer construction in process. Candidate’s experience should range through all aspects of design and construction.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s Degree / professional licensure preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, industry-related software (AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, “P6”/BIM) and web based applications.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills required.
  • Benefits include: health/dental/vision; 401k; paid holidays; PTO accrual up to 3 weeks per year.
  • Salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000, and will be negotiated based on education, licensure and level of project experience.

This full time position requires 10-12 years of construction project management experience in healthcare, OSHPD and/or DSA projects. Project manager must be able to function comfortably with new and existing clients, work productively in a team environment, interface successfully with jurisdictional agencies and administer construction in process. Candidate’s experience should range through all aspects of design and construction. This position is a permanent position with an expectation for executive-level entrepreneurial growth within the company.

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management required.
  • Master’s Degree / professional licensure in a related field preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, industry-related software (AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, “P6”/BIM) and web based applications.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills required.

  • Salary range for this position is $110,000-$135,000, and will be negotiated based on education, licensure and level of project experience.
